Thomas C. McConnell

Thomas C. McConnell has 35 years of experience as a venture capitalist investing primarily in early stage medical device and biopharmaceutical companies. He was an Associate and then General Partner with New Enterprise Associates for 19 years and a Managing Director with Vanguard Ventures for 16 years. He also served as the Chairman of the National Venture Capital Association from 2001-2002. He graduated Summa Cum Laude with an AB in Engineering Sciences from Dartmouth College and received an MBA with honors from Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
