Community Outreach and Engagement

Community Outreach & Engagement: The Rogel Cancer Center’s Community Outreach and Engagement Program is committed to providing reliable health information, tailored programs and special events to educate the community about cancer prevention, screening and early diagnosis. We also work to increase awareness of and trust in research conducted at the center.

Our efforts extend throughout the entire state of Michigan, with a goal of understanding the cancer burden our communities face. Together with our Community Advisory Board partners, we seek to engage communities statewide in outreach efforts and initiatives designed to improve cancer screening, reduce cancer health disparities and increase participation in cancer research.
