Patient abstracts begin approximately 6 months from the date of first contact EXCEPT the following primary sites as abstraction begins at 2 months from date of first contact:

  • Breast
  • Colon
  • Head and Neck
  • Lung
  • Rectum
  • Stomach
  • All Gyn sites
