Multidisciplinary Endocrine Oncology Clinic
We are one of the only fully-integrated, interdisciplinary clinics for thyroid and adrenal patients in the world. Contact us at 734-647-8902.
The multidisciplinary oncology clinic provides care to patients with benign and malignant tumors of endocrine organs and tumors with hormone production. A lot of other tumors are hormone-responsive, meaning they are treated with hormones and anti-hormones, such as breast or prostate cancer. Patients with these tumors are served in other specialty clinics.
Our team includes endocrine surgeons, endocrinologists, oncologists, nuclear medicine specialists, pathologists, radiation oncologists, genetic counselors and others who are leaders in their fields. Cases are reviewed weekly by our Multidisciplinary Endocrine Oncology Tumor Board. In addition to the treatment of adrenal and thyroid cancers and tumors, the Multidisciplinary Endocrine Oncology Program also treats:
- Carcinoid and Intestinal Neuroendocrine Tumors
- Familial Neuroendocrine Syndromes:
- Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 1 (MEN1)
- Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2
- Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2a (MEN2a)
- Multiple Endocrine Neoplasia Type 2b (MEN2b)

- Pancreatic Neuroendocrine Tumors:
